How We Meet You

Mobile: We Come to You

Our notary travels to your home, office, hospital, or any location in the service area. A standard travel fee applies, based on distance from Greenville.

Remote Online

Fully remote notarization by two-way video on BlueNotary. Texas requires the notary to be in Texas; you may be elsewhere. Credential analysis and identity proofing are completed before signing.

  • No travel fee
  • $25 online notarization fee plus standard per-act fees (Gov't Code § 406.111)
  • Session runs on BlueNotary (bluenotary.us)
  • Valid government-issued photo ID on camera, plus identity proofing
  • Audio-video session is recorded and retained for five years
