Yes. We serve Greenville and all of Hunt County, plus cities within about 50 miles of Greenville, including Commerce, Rockwall, and Sulphur Springs. Outside Hunt County, travel is $5.00 plus $2.00 per mile one way from Greenville.

Yes. Texas authorizes remote online notarization under Government Code Subchapter C, Chapter 406 (§§ 406.101–406.111). The notary must be physically in Texas; you may be anywhere. We perform these sessions on BlueNotary, which supplies the two-way audio-video, credential analysis, and identity proofing Texas requires. Confirm with the receiving party that they will accept an online notarization before you book. Wills, codicils, and testamentary trusts cannot be notarized online.

Online notarization (RON) is a video appearance. It requires a Texas online notary commission, credential analysis, and identity proofing. In-person electronic notarization (IPEN) is a face-to-face meeting where the document is signed and sealed electronically; both parties must be physically present. IPEN is authorized by the Texas Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (Business & Commerce Code Ch. 322), not the online-notary statute. We use BlueNotary for both.

Yes. Notarial act fees are set by Texas Government Code § 406.024 and § 406.111. Veritas Notary LLC charges the statutory maximum for each notarial act. Those fees are always listed separately from travel and other service charges.

Yes. Travel, printing, scan-backs, waiting time, witnesses, and after-hours, weekend, or holiday surcharges are non-notarial and itemized separately. A written estimate is provided before the appointment whenever practical.

Weeknights after 6:00 PM are $25, Saturdays $35, and Sundays and major holidays $50. Only the highest applicable surcharge is charged; they are not stacked.

We send a BlueNotary session link. You complete identity proofing and present a government-issued photo ID on camera. The notarization happens by secure two-way video. Texas allows up to $25 under § 406.111 for the online act, in addition to the standard per-act fee. No travel fee applies. The audio-video record is kept for five years as required by § 406.108.

Cash, pre-printed business check, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, X Money, and debit card carry no fee. Credit cards add a 3.5% processing fee, disclosed before payment. Debit surcharges are not permitted in Texas.
